Offering a rigorous curriculum focused on Qur’anic sciences including Tajweed (Qur’anic recitation rules), and Qiraa’aat (variant chains of recitation). Students engage in structured courses designed to develop fluency in reading, memorization of Qur’anic chapters, and thorough understanding of each science.
The institute caters to a wide age range (4 years and up) and skill levels, offering programs such as Makhaarij Territories for young learners, intermediate courses like Tajweed Rules of the Qur’aan for beginning teachers, and specialized recitation training in various Qiraa’aat (Qur’anic recitations) for advanced learners.
Providing robust academic resources including a student portal for communication, online classes, and live tutoring services. Emphasizing personalized learning with small group sizes and individualized attention to ensure academic success.
The admission process is structured to assess student readiness through interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with the institute’s educational goals. We provide a variety of academic programs tailored to different levels of Qur’anic education. Our curriculum is carefully designed to deliver a comprehensive and enriching learning experience, focusing on the proper recitation, memorization, and understanding of various Quranic sciences. Each program is facilitated by experienced instructors dedicated to fostering a deep connection with the Qur’an.
The graduate program at UMMI offers students the opportunity to pursue studies in the ten qiraa’aat. Students will study the principles of the qiraa’aat science, as well as the rules and recitation for each chain, gradually attaining certification in every transmission.
This course focuses on the science of articulation points (Makhaarij) and letter characteristics, helping students enhance their recitation skills and deepen their understanding of Tajweed.
The Shahaadatul Ijaadah course offers personalized one-on-one sessions to help students improve their Qur’aan recitation and tajweed. After completing the entire Qur’aan, students receive a Certificate of Excellence. This course does not require full memorization and excludes the sanad, which is reserved for Ijaazah students.
Advanced Tajweed and Qur’aanic Rules – Year 2 builds upon the foundations laid in the first year, delving deeper into advanced Tajweed rules and their practical application in Qur’aan recitation. The focus is on understanding complex recitation rules and developing an advanced level of fluency.
