Returns

Voluntary leaves of absence related to health conditions or temporary withdrawal from the Institute require students to contact administration for readmission. If necessary, a meeting will be arranged, and the appropriate documents required as a proof for readmission will be communicated to the student. The student will be allowed to resume classes immediately after successfully completing the readmission process.

Voluntary or involuntary withdrawals permit readmission only after the passing of a full semester. An evaluation meeting will be arranged during which the student will be required to provide proof (whether social, financial, medical, or academic) of increased ability to resume lessons successfully.

The evaluation and results will be submitted to the student within a maximum of 72 hours.

Returns Highlights:
  • Readmission Process: Students must contact administration for readmission after a voluntary leave; a meeting and documentation are required.
  • Semester Break Requirement: Readmission after withdrawal is permitted only after a full semester, with an evaluation meeting to assess readiness.
  • Timely Evaluation: Results of the evaluation will be provided within a maximum of 72 hours.
