Skip to content The graduate program at UMMI offers students the opportunity to pursue higher studies in tajweed and or the ten qiraa’aat. Students will study the principles of phonetics, letter modes, the qiraa’aat science, as well as the rules and recitation for each chain, gradually attaining certification in every transmission.
Discussions on the Qur’aan, letters, and categories of rasmul mushaf, along with an introduction to phonetics, the speech system and insight to important jargon, between modern and ancient texts.
